Tone Gellein

I am an artist, writer and performer.
I worked as a cultural director, deputy major of culture, in a small municipality 120 km north of Oslo, Norway, 2013-2020, now as adviser in a unity for innovation and development. From May 2020 I am the director of Land Kunstforening (a Local Art Society).

My formal education and art practice is interdisciplinary: dance, theatre, voice, digital media and text work. In recent years performance, text and video has been my focus.

In early years I studied social anthropology, criminology and theatre studies.
